Natalie is developing a practice covering all areas of the firm’s work, including Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Commercial Arbitration and Land & Property Law.

Natalie is presently involved in several construction arbitration disputes, in which she is led by Aniz Ahmad Amirudin.

Natalie read law at the University of Reading before completing the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2020.

  • Tai May Chean v Ng Pik Lian & Anor – This a highly contested dispute under the Mental Health Act 2001 for a committee to be appointed to administer to the affairs of Datin Ng Pik Lian on the grounds that she is allegedly not competent to attend to her personal affairs (led by Tan Sri’ Dato’ Cecil Abraham and Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
  • Hap Seng Trading (BM) Sdn Bhd v Petosky Sdn Bhd & Then Liat Nyap – This is a dispute for a debt due and owing to Hap Seng Trading and the enforceability of a third-party guarantee (led by Rishwant Singh).
  • MTrustee Bhd v Strata Management Tribunal & 10 Ors – This is a judicial review application wherein the decision of the Strata Management Tribunal is being challenged vis-à-vis an award handed down in favour of the Joint Management Board (led by Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
