Sabrina is developing a practice covering all areas of the firm’s work, including Commercial & Corporate Litigation, Construction & Infrastructure Disputes, Commercial Arbitration, Land & Property Law, and Public & Administrative Law.

Sabrina read law at the University of Liverpool before completing the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. In 2018, she received the Lord Denning Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn and the BPP Excellence Award for her exceptional academic achievements. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2020.

  • Pencil Pictures & Records Sdn Bhd v Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd – This is a test case in which Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd will be invoking the protection under the “storage and information location tools” safe harbour defence and will seek to limit its liability under, inter alia, Section 43E of the Copyright Act 1987 against any and all of the claimant’s alleged primary and secondary copyright infringement claims in so far as e-commerce platforms are concerned (led by Tan Sri Dato’ Cecil Abraham and Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
  • Enuja Production Sdn Bhd v Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd – This is another test case whereby Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd will be invoking the safe harbour defence and will seek to limit its liability under, inter alia, Section 43E of the Copyright Act 1987 against any and all of the claimant’s alleged primary and secondary copyright infringement claims in so far as e-commerce platforms are concerned (led by Tan Sri Dato’ Cecil Abraham and Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
  • TSR Bina Sdn Bhd v Hiform Sdn Bhd – This is a construction dispute pertaining to a mixed development in Putrajaya involving principally issues of breach of contract, variation of work, and consequential delays as well as the arguments pertaining to defect liability periods (led by Aniz Ahmad Amirudin).
  • Mohamed Aminudeen Bin Abdul Hamid v Ministry of Finance & Others – This is a judicial review application in which the firm acts for Bank Negara Malaysia. The applicant has sought to challenge the validity of the approval granted by the Minister of Finance pursuant to Section 49 of the Banking & Financial Institutions Act 1989 in granting approval to any financial institution to dispose of their Non-Performing Loans by way of a sale to a non-financial institution under Bank Negara Malaysia’s Guidelines on the Disposal of Non-Performing Loans (led by Tan Sri Dato’ Cecil Abraham and Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
