Jen is developing a practice covering all areas of the firm’s work, including in Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Construction & Infrastructure Dispute, Commercial Arbitration as well as Fraud Litigation.
Jen read law at Nottingham Trent University. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2024. Jen is presently involved in several other commercial disputes, where she is led by Rishwant Singh and Aniz Ahmad Amirudin.

- Sotella Fund Pte Ltd v Lextrend Sdn Bhd & Ors – This is a significant commercial and property law dispute where the firm acts for Sotella Fund Pte Ltd in relation to claims for breach of a preference share agreement by Lextrend Sdn Bhd as well as breach of a deed of undertaking & indemnity and memorandum of deposit by United Land Berhad, Bamboo Quest Sdn Bhd and Seri Alam Properties Sdn Bhd, which is the subject matter of arbitration proceedings and related court proceedings (led by Tan Sri Dato’ Cecil Abraham and Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
- IOU Pay Asia Sdn Bhd v Kenneth Kuan & Ors – This is a significant fraud litigation dispute where the firm acts for the IOU Pay Group Companies in several claims before the civil courts and criminal courts arising from acts of fraud perpetrated by former employees and directors of the IOU Pay Group of Companies in Malaysia (led by Dato’ Sunil Abraham and Aniz Ahmad Amirudin).
- Zelan Construction Sdn Bhd v NRY Architects Sdn Bhd – This is a sizeable construction claim where the firm acts for NRY Architects Sdn Bhd in respect of arbitration proceedings instituted by Zelan Construction Sdn Bhd for an alleged claim for breach of contract in relation to the construction of Universiti Islam Antarabangsa college campus, in Gambang (led by Aniz Ahmad Amirudin and Noor Muzalifah binti Shabudin).
- Re Tan Sri Dato’ Paduka Ting Pek Khiing – This is a significant bankruptcy dispute where the firm acts for Tan Sri Dato’ Paduka Chai Yu Lan in respect of proceedings instituted under Section 31 of the Bankruptcy Act as part of the creditors attempt to seek to recover funds from the Estate of the late Tan Sri Dato’ Paduka Ting Pek King (led by Dato’ Sunil Abraham).
